Sometimes we will see that the Word Add-in Designer is having problems displaying information.  In many cases, we have found the issues to be related to Windows computers not having the most up-to-date version of Microsoft Edge.  This doesn't apply to MAC users.


Please follow these steps to see if you are using the current version of Edge.


  1. Check your Word version. We chose to use the latest technology of Word Add-ins to provide the best customer experience moving forward.  Because of this, not all Word versions will work with our add-in.  You will need to be on Office 365 or Word 2022 for Word to register Edge as the browser in the Add-in.


To see if Edge is registered follow the steps in the image below.  If you have followed these steps and either you don't have Edge as your browser or you are still having issues, please contact support.
